I received my bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Southeastern State University before going into massage school.
I specialize in Headache relief and Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy which is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms. When massaging I try to balance out giving work and relaxation at the same time so you can walk away with lasting effects and not just feeling chill for the day.
I enjoy playing soccer, rock climbing, swimming, and Magic the Gathering (a card game).

She comes to us from Baton Rouge (...Geaux Tigers!), but has settled home here in Madisonville with her husband, Lon.
Not only does Lacey handle all of JPT’s marketing and community events, but she is also a Level 1 CrossFit trainer at CrossFit Mandeville. During Lacey’s off time she enjoys cooking and (of course) lifting heavy!
