Payment for services:
Physical therapy is covered under most health plans. As a courtesy, Jones Physical Therapy staff will file your insurance claim on your behalf. We also accept cash, checks, major credit cards and attorneys letters of guarantee.

If you do not see your insurance carrier on this list, please call and ask one of our administrative staff. In most cases, we can determine your benefits over the telephone.
If your attorney is assisting in your care, please ask them to call us before scheduling your appointment.
